1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing the services provided by AS International ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), including our truck dispatching, rate negotiation, carrier setup, and back-office administrative support, you ("Carrier", "User", or "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Dispatch Services

AS International acts as an independent dispatch agency representing licensed motor carriers. We assist in searching for freight, negotiating rate confirmations with third-party freight brokers/shippers, managing rate paperwork, and submitting carrier setups on your behalf.

We maintain a strict 100% Zero Forced Dispatch policy. The Carrier retains ultimate authority to accept or reject any load, rate confirmation, lane, or delivery window presented by our dispatchers.

3. Carrier Responsibilities & Authority

To utilize our services, Carriers must maintain active Motor Carrier (MC) or USDOT operating authority in good standing with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), along with valid active insurance coverage (minimum $100,000 Auto Liability and $100,000 Cargo Insurance, or as required by shippers).

Carriers must execute a limited Power of Attorney / Dispatch Agreement authorizing AS International to communicate with freight brokers, request rate confirmations, and sign carrier packets on the Carrier's behalf.

4. Payments & Service Fees

Dispatch fees are billed based on the agreed-upon percentage or flat rate per booked load as outlined in your individual Carrier Agreement. Invoices for dispatch services are issued upon delivery confirmation and rate confirmation clearance. The Carrier remains solely responsible for collecting freight payments directly from brokers or factoring companies.

5. Limitation of Liability

AS International is an administrative dispatch service provider and is not a licensed freight broker, freight forwarder, or motor carrier. We are not liable for cargo damage, transit delays, equipment failure, driver misconduct, broker default, or non-payment by freight brokers or factoring companies.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the dispatch agreement at any time by providing written notice. Outstanding fees for loads successfully booked prior to termination remain due and payable according to the agreed terms.
